Love Yourself Loyalty Program

We are excited to introduce our new loyalty program, Love Yourself, at Finlandia Health Store! Our Love Yourself program is designed to reward our loyal customers and show our appreciation for your continued support.

How It Works:

For every dollar you spend at Finlandia Health Store, you will earn one loyalty point. Once you have earned 300 points, you can redeem them for a $15 discount on your purchase, with a minimum purchase of $45.

How to Join:

Joining our Love Yourself program is easy! Simply provide your email address at the time of your purchase, and we will enroll you in the program. If you are an existing customer, you will automatically be enrolled in the program and will start earning points for your purchases immediately.

To learn more about the program, click on the Rewards button on the bottom left side of your screen once you are signed in.

How to check your points:

Checking your rewards points is a great way to keep track of your progress towards earning rewards and to make sure you're getting the most out of your purchases with us.

1. Go to our website and look for the purple "Rewards" icon on the bottom left corner of the webpage.
   
2. Click on the "Rewards" icon to access your rewards account.
3. If you haven't logged in before, you will be prompted to enter your email and password to access your account. If you haven't created an account yet, you can do so by clicking this link: Create an Account
4. Once you're logged in, follow Step 2 and you'll be able to see your rewards balance, including the points you earned from both in-store and online purchases. As shown in the image below:
   
5. By clicking on  this icon, you would be able to view your points history. As indicated by the following image:
   
6. To view your transaction history, follow this link: View Your Order History

Terms and Conditions:

1. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
2. Points cannot be earned on purchases of gift cards, taxes, shipping, or handling fees.
3. Points cannot be earned on purchases made with other discounts or promotions.
4. Minimum purchase of $45 is required to redeem points.
5. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Practitioners are not eligible to earn points, as they already receive a 15% discount on all purchases.
7. Finlandia Health Store reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without notice.

Please note that points are only applicable to regular-priced items. Custom herbal tinctures, and pharmacy prescription items are not eligible for points.
